Orders (overseas)

Please DO NOT include any bank or credit card details in emails, but do include a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you.

Shipping

Most items will be shipped within 24hrs.  in the case of out of stock items or larger orders where stock needs to be ordered in, please allow 7-10 days.  we will contact you if there is likely to be a delay beyond this timescale.

Your order may be delayed longer in the case of adverse weather or seasonal holidays for example.

Shipping is free for orders over £45, but under this our minimum shipping charge is £5.

Returns

If you have a return, please email and include a copy of the invoice with the returned item.  Please return to the address on the invoice.

Unwanted items should be returned within 7 working days in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Faulty items may be returned and will be replaced if possible, otherwise refund issued.

VAT

We are not currently registered for VAT.
